I've been using this facility for the last 4 months and so far my experience has been very positive. They respond quickly via email to all of my questions and concerns, the 24 hour access is convenient, you can pay online on their website each month or choose autopay, and the rates are very affordable. The owner's definitely seem to care about their renters and their belongings!“

My experience so far with MasterLock Storage has been a breeze. Customer service is friendly and accommodating. Seems to be have taken a massive step up with the new ownership! Highly recommend
